Professor Wendy Russell holds a Personal Chair at the University of Aberdeen's Rowett Institute within the School of Medicine, Medical Sciences and Nutrition. Her research focuses on the interplay between diet, gut microbiota, and human health, addressing global challenges in food security, sustainable agriculture, and metabolic disorders.
