Wei Xin is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Finance at the University of Exeter Business School. After completing his PhD in Finance and Econometrics at Warwick Business School, he joined the University of Exeter in May 2021 as a postdoctoral research associate at the LEEP Group before transitioning to his current academic role.
- Education: BSc in Management Science, MSc in Finance, PhD in Finance and Econometrics
Research Interests: Wei’s work focuses on Sustainable Finance (including climate and biodiversity), Empirical Asset Pricing, and Behavioral Finance. His research explores sustainable financial issues through behavioral mechanisms and has been presented at major conferences such as the UN PRI Academic Network Conference and the Global Research Alliance for Sustainable Finance and Investment.
