Wei Liu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at York University, Faculty of Science. His research focuses on advanced statistical methodologies including longitudinal data analysis, survival analysis, missing data imputation, and constrained statistical inference with applications in biostatistics. He holds a joint appointment in the Biostatistics sub-discipline and contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goal of Good Health and Well-being through his work.
Research Interests: Analysis of longitudinal and survival data, missing data mechanisms (including dropouts and measurement errors), change point detection, order-restricted hypothesis testing, and multiple imputation techniques.
