Wei He

Wei He is the James C. Wetherbe Regents Professor in Information Technology and Area Coordinator at the Information Systems and Quantitative Sciences Department, Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University. She joined in 2017 after an 11-year tenure at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research focuses on knowledge sharing/creativity, digital innovation, social media analytics, and IT's organizational impacts. She has published in top journals like MIS Quarterly and serves on editorial boards of Internet Research and Journal of Electronic Commerce Research.

Education: PhD in Information Systems (City University of Hong Kong), MS in Management, and BS in Business Administration (Nankai University).
