Wee Ching Pok is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at Flinders University's College of Business, Government and Law. She joined Flinders in May 2013 and served as Higher Degrees Research Coordinator from 2014 to 2018.

- SME innovation and competitiveness

Recent publications highlight trends in SME finance, trade credit, and regulatory compliance. She supervises HDR students on topics like related party transactions, credit rationing, and M&A impacts.
Dr Pok contributes to Flinders' MBA program, teaching modules on startup financing and accounting systems.
