Wayne Wan

Dr. Wayne Wan is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Banking & Finance at Monash University, specializing in real estate finance, urban economics, and machine learning. He is affiliated with the Cambridge Real Estate Machine Learning Lab and contributes to research aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to sustainable cities and climate action.
