Wayne Bragg is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Business, holding this position since September 2018. Previously, he served as Instructor-In-Residence (2007–2018) and Adjunct Faculty (2001–2007). He also facilitated the Family Business Program (past role). His expertise spans Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Performance Management, and Financial Control, alongside professional experience in Controllership, Budgeting, and Financial Planning.
Education: E.M.B.A., University of Connecticut (1997); B.S. in Marketing Management, Central Connecticut State University (1983).
Research interests focus on financial systems, performance measurement, and strategic cost management. His professional background includes over 20 years at Sikorsky Aircraft in roles such as Division/Operations Controller and Director of Financial Planning, followed by ownership of KWB Consulting since 2001.
Awards include multiple EMBA Outstanding Professor recognitions and industry accolades like the Sikorsky Aircraft Management Award and UTC President Awards. He has contributed to executive education through guest lectures on Profit Analysis and served on committees like the Executive MBA Program Executive Committee (2015–2020) and the Stamford Learning Accelerator Task Force.
