Warren Dodd

Warren Dodd is an Associate Professor in the School of Public Health Sciences at the University of Waterloo's Faculty of Health. His research examines social and ecological determinants of global health, focusing on migration, food security, healthcare access, and climate change impacts. Fieldwork spans Central America, Southeast Asia, East Africa, and Canada.

Key research initiatives include examining health service access among income-poor households in the Philippines, exploring youth climate migration decisions in Central America's Northern Triangle, and investigating climate adaptation in African informal settlements through the 'Urban Futures' project. His interdisciplinary approach combines epidemiology, international development, and public health methodologies.
