Dr. Warner van Kersen is a Researcher at the Institute for Risk Assessment Sciences (IRAS) within Utrecht University. He focuses on the epidemiological analysis of pneumonia and COPD in relation to livestock farming, utilizing data from the Dutch VGO Study (Livestock Farming and Resident Health). His current work investigates associations between lung function, air pollution, and upper respiratory tract microbiota.
