Walter Poleman is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Vermont's Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources. He directs the Field Naturalist Graduate Program and founded the PLACE Program (Place-based Landscape Analysis & Community Engagement). He also co-coordinates the Greater Burlington Sustainability Education Network and oversees a dual master’s program with Vermont Law & Graduate School.
