Walter Hoh is a faculty member at the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Bielefeld, where he serves as Dean of Studies and Chairman of the Academic Advisory Board. He is also the representative for students with disabilities and chronic illnesses, and a member of the Bielefeld Graduate School in Theoretical Sciences.
Dr. Hoh specializes in various areas of mathematics, with particular expertise in probability theory, stochastics, and mathematical analysis. His research interests include Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov equations on general state spaces, as evidenced by his involvement in SFB 1283 "Taming uncertainty and profiting from randomness and low regularity in analysis, stochastics and their applications".
