Walaa Mogawer

Dr. Walaa Mogawer is a Commonwealth Professor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She specializes in asphalt materials, pavement design, and transportation engineering. Her research focuses on recycled materials in pavements, performance-based specifications, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
