Wael Abughres

Wael Abughres is an Assistant Professor of Communication Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tripoli, Libya. He holds an M.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (2000) and a Ph.D. in Communication Engineering from the University of Bradford, UK (2009), focusing on Call Admission Control in 3G Cellular Mobile Networks. His research emphasizes performance modeling, networking, and reliability engineering using tools like MOSEL language.
