W. Mark Saltzman

W. Mark Saltzman is the Sterling Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Yale University, with additional appointments in Chemical & Environmental Engineering, Materials Science, Cellular & Molecular Physiology, and Dermatology. He is the founding chair of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Yale and leads the Saltzman Research Group, which pioneers innovations in drug delivery, tissue engineering, and nanomedicine.
