Dr. Vondell M. Ringer is an Assistant Professor of Education at Shorter University’s School of Education. He holds a Doctorate of Education from Walden University and extensive leadership experience in K-12 education, including roles as Principal, Assistant Principal, and Administrator. His expertise spans educational leadership, curriculum development, and teacher evaluation systems.
