Vladlen Galetsky

Vladlen Galetsky is a doctoral researcher at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) affiliated with the Department of Computer Engineering under the TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology. His work is associated with the Chair of Communications Engineering (Prof. Kramer) and the Lehrstuhl für Theoretische Informationstechnik (Prof. Boche).
