Vladimir Pavićević is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Finance, Banking and Auditing of Alfa BK University in Belgrade since October 2022. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica (2004) and a master's degree in International Economy, Finance and Business from the University of Donja Gorica (2012).

- Founder of Montenegrin business weekly INVESTITOR (2007–2008)
- Project manager for transnational IPA project CAPINFOOD (2011)
- Current role in SASA Capital AD Podgorica (since 2022)
His expertise spans financial markets, corporate governance, and entrepreneurship, with practical experience in stock market operations and international project management. He has held various administrative roles in Podgorica's municipal government from 2009–2021.
