Vivian Ramsey

Sir Vivian Ramsey is a Visiting Professor at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London. He holds a unique background spanning engineering, law, and judiciary roles. Previously, he was a High Court judge specializing in construction law, serving as Judge in Charge of the Technology and Construction Court (2007-2010). Post-retirement, he became an International Judge in Singapore's International Commercial Court and actively engages in arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution globally.

Research Focus: Construction Law, Dispute Resolution, and Smart Contracts. He advocates for innovative legal frameworks in construction projects and has contributed to shaping international standards through his judicial and advisory roles.
