Vivek Soundararajan is a Professor of Work and Equality at the School of Management, University of Bath, and a UKRI Future Leaders Fellow. He leads the Embed-Dignity initiative and serves as Deputy Director of the Centre for Business, Organizations, and Society (CBOS). His research focuses on labor rights in global supply chains and organizational inequalities, with publications in top journals like Academy of Management Annals and Journal of Management. He has secured £1.6M in funding and received multiple awards, including the 2023 Academy of International Business Best Theory Paper Award. His work aligns with UN SDGs, particularly poverty reduction and decent work.
