Vita is an Academic Councillor at the Chair of Transformation of the World of Work at the University of Münster (since October 2022). Previously, she held roles including Research Associate (2019–2022), Research Assistant (2017–2019), and Student Assistant (2015–2017) at the University of Münster's Institute for Organizational Economics. She holds a Master of Science in Public Policy (2016–2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Law (2013–2016), both from the University of Münster.
Her research focuses on market design, organizational economics, and public policy, with a particular emphasis on procurement mechanisms, auction dynamics, and labor market transformations. She actively contributes to academic discourse through conferences like the EAWOP 2025 in Prague, where she presented work on working time models and technology acceptance. Her publications address topics ranging from spectrum auctions to gas storage market design and energy policy frameworks.
Vita’s work is affiliated with the Chance - Center for Business Transformation and the Center for Management at the University of Münster.
