Vincenzo Catrambone

Dr. Vincenzo Catrambone is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Engineering at the University of Pisa and a fellow of the Neuro-Cardiovascular Intelligence Lab. His research focuses on integrative approaches to understanding brain-body interactions using advanced signal processing and computational modeling techniques.

His research program investigates functional interactions between cardiovascular dynamics and neural activity in both physiological and pathological conditions. Key areas include neuro-cardiac coupling mechanisms, emotion-time perception relationships in depression, multisensory integration, and brain-computer interface development.
