Dr. Vince Polito is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Psychological Sciences at Macquarie University, Sydney. He leads the MicroDep Trial investigating low-dose psilocybin for moderate depression and is affiliated with the Macquarie University Ethics and Agency Research Centre. His research focuses on altered states of consciousness, sense of agency, and body representation, with applications in psychedelics, meditation, and virtual reality. Polito holds a PhD in Cognitive Science and a BPsych (Hons) from Macquarie University.
