Vince Okada

Dr. Vince Okada is an Associate Professor of Social Work and BSW Program Chair at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa's College of Liberal Arts - School of Social Work. His work focuses on Indigenous peoples' welfare, diversity, and social justice in Japan, Hawaiʻi, and the Asia-Pacific region. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Welfare from the University of Hawaiʻi, alongside advanced degrees in Public Policy and Education.
