Viktoria Stray

Professor Viktoria Stray is a leading figure in agile software development at the University of Oslo's Department of Informatics and serves as a senior researcher at SINTEF Digital. With over 15 years at UiO and 8 years at SINTEF, she combines academic rigor with industry expertise in large-scale agile transformations. Her work bridges empirical software engineering, generative AI integration, and coordination mechanisms in distributed teams.
