Viktor Marinkov is an Assistant Professor of Macroeconomics at the University of Groningen, Netherlands. He holds a PhD from the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence, Italy, and was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Oxford’s Department of Economics and Queen’s College. His research focuses on expectations formation, monetary policy, and productivity differences between economies, particularly exploring deviations from rational expectations frameworks.
