Victoria Villagrasa Sebastián

Victoria Villagrasa Sebastián is a Full Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at the Faculty of Health Sciences, CEU Cardenal Herrera University, Valencia, Spain. She teaches Pharmacology in the Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Physiotherapy and actively participates in postgraduate education, including doctoral and master's programs, as well as professional courses sponsored by the Valencian Regional Government and private entities.

Her research focuses on pharmacological sciences with applications in both human and veterinary medicine. Key areas include the rational use of drugs, antibiotic therapy in small animals, and pharmacological education. She is also involved in initiatives for teaching innovation and cognitive impairment screening for neuroprotective cities.

She has co-authored several influential books, including two editions of Manual of Pharmacology: Guide for the Rational Use of Medicines (Elsevier), Manual of Antibiotic Therapy in Small Animals (SERVET), and Initiatives to Educational and Teaching Innovation (Dykinson), along with multiple chapters in these volumes.

Her scientific contributions have been recognized through the award of a Six-Year Research Grant by the CNEAI Advisory Committee. She is a member of the following committees:

• Veterinary Drug Evaluation Committee, Spanish Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS)
• Joint Committee of the DeCo Chair, CEU Cardenal Herrera University

She supervises doctoral theses and participates in competitive national and regional research projects, as well as research contracts with pharmaceutical companies. She also serves as Postgraduate Coordinator for the Faculty, interviewer for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and student tutor.
