Victoria Rustad Bjerke

Victoria Rustad Bjerke is an Associate Professor at the University of Inland Norway, affiliated with the Innlandet School of Business – Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, and the Department of Organization, Management and Governance. She is also a PhD candidate in organization and management. Her research focuses on team learning, service innovation, and organizational psychology, with teaching roles spanning bachelor’s, master’s, and executive programs in organizational psychology and project management. She is part of the OASIS Research Group (Organization, Work and Social Psychology in Society).

Her work explores contextual influences on team learning within professional service firms, egalitarian dynamics in teams, and psychological capital in higher education. She has published in journals like the Learning Organisation and International Journal of Quality and Service Sciences.
