Victoria Ho

Victoria Ho is a Lecturer in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Central Saint Martins, part of the University of the Arts London. Her academic work intersects with sustainable fashion, cultural preservation, and transnational education.

• MA in Womenswear Design from Central Saint Martins
• Currently pursuing a practice-based PhD at the Centre for Sustainable Fashion, London College of Fashion, UAL

Her research critically examines the exploitation of non-Western artisans and indigenous communities by the Western fashion system. She advocates for collaborative models that promote social innovation and cultural sustainability, drawing on her eighteen years of experience across the UK, Vietnam, China, and Singapore.

Victoria co-founded and led the social enterprise Fashion4Freedom (F4F), which empowers artisans in Vietnam. In 2019, F4F’s work was recognized by the V&A Museum (London), and in 2022, she received acknowledgment for her cultural and philanthropic contributions to Vietnam.

She currently serves as Designer in Residence at LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore, and has held roles as a Womenswear Designer and Brand Owner in London, Shanghai, and Vietnam, with production expertise in Vietnam.
