Professor Victoria Helen Southgate is a developmental cognitive neuroscientist at the Department of Psychology, University of Copenhagen, and director of the Centre for Early Childhood Cognition. Her interdisciplinary research combines behavioural methods (looking-time, eye-tracking) with neuroimaging (EEG, fNIRS, EMG) to investigate infant social cognition and self-development.
