Victor Neumann

Victor Neumann is a Professor at the West University of Timișoara's Faculty of Letters, History and Theology (since 2001), a Researcher at the Institute of Banat Studies of the Romanian Academy (since 2008), and Director of the Timișoara Art Museum (since 2013).
