Victor Dolores Calzadilla is Assistant Professor in Photonic Integration at Eindhoven University of Technology and Program Manager at the Photonic Integration Technology Center. His research focuses on advanced photonic technologies including integrated lasers, optical phased arrays, and beam steering systems.
He leads the Open Innovation Photonics Pilot Line for North-West Europe (OIP4NWE) project and develops monolithic integrated components for LiDAR applications. His work enables high-resolution beamforming and efficient thermo-optic phase modulation in indium phosphide membrane platforms.
He teaches courses on photonic integrated circuit characterization and supervises research on nano-scale photonic devices for optical communications and sensing applications.
