Vera Brunner-Sung is an Associate Professor in the Department of Radio/Television/Film at Northwestern University's School of Communication. Her work spans experimental, narrative, and documentary filmmaking, focusing on themes of American identity and belonging. She has premiered films at prestigious festivals like Tribeca and Sundance, and her contributions to film theory and practice are recognized through fellowships and publications.
