Vera Arezina

Vera Arezina is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, Serbia. She teaches undergraduate courses in Basics of the Methodology of Political Sciences and Methodology of Research in Political Sciences with Statistics, master's courses in Environmental Security and Environmental Law and Standards, and PhD courses in Theoretical and Methodological Approaches and Methodology of Research Design. Her research focuses on political science methodology and environmental security, with notable contributions including three academic books and multiple papers.

She is actively involved in international organizations such as the International Political Science Association’s Committee on Concepts and Methods (IPSA C&M), the International Association of Methodologists of Social Sciences, Women in Europe for a Common Future (WECF), and the International Scientific Forum ”Danube – River of Cooperation”. In 2020, she co-organized the EUROSCI Network public lecture ”Climate Change and Environmental Security”, hosted via Zoom and YouTube.
