Velisav Marković, born 3 June 1969 in Valjevo, Serbia, is a Professor at Singidunum University, Faculty of European Legal and Political Studies (Fakultet za evropske pravno-političke studije). His career combines full-time teaching, prolific scholarly publishing, and practical legal expertise in Serbian labour, civil, and health-care law.
