Vangel Dokovski is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law "Justinian I" (Praven Fakultet „Justinian Prvi“) of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje (UKIM). He is affiliated with the Department of Private International Law, where he coordinates and teaches a comprehensive suite of subjects across all three study cycles.
Teaching portfolio:
- First cycle: Private International Law
- Second cycle: International Arbitration Law, Conflict of Laws, EU Private International Law, International Private Procedural Law, Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Decisions, International Private Law – Applied Program, Investment Law, and International Law (Political Studies)
- Third cycle: Advanced research supervision in international and European private law
Research Interests: His scholarly work focuses on the cross-border aspects of private law, including the resolution of international commercial disputes, harmonisation of private international law within the European Union, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. He maintains a particular interest in investment law and the interplay between domestic and supranational legal orders.
