Valeria Settimi

Prof. Valeria Settimi is an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil, Edile, and Architectural Engineering (DICEA) of the Università Politecnica delle Marche (UNIVPM) in Ancona, Italy. Her research focuses on mechanical metamaterials, nonlinear dynamics, and thermomechanical coupling in structural systems. She works with advanced analytical and computational methods to investigate wave propagation, bifurcation scenarios, and dynamical integrity in mechanical systems ranging from macro to nano scales.
