Valentyna Bohatyrets

Valentyna Bohatyrets is an Associate Professor at the Department of Modern Foreign Languages and Translation Studies, Faculty of History, Political Science and International Studies, Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, Ukraine. She holds a PhD in Political Science and actively contributes to academic instruction and research.

Dr. Bohatyrets' research centers on Cultural Diplomacy, Translation Studies, and Political Science, with expertise in multicultural policy, ethnic management in globalization, and digital diplomacy. She explores European Integration and Public Diplomacy, emphasizing culture and communication as drivers of sustainable development in globalized contexts.

She has led the Jean Monnet Open Online Course on European Integration since 2017, including the 2018-19 strategic communications edition where students produced the 'What the EU means for us' video. Currently, she is preparing a Jean Monnet module grant application with her students.
