Valentino Palma is a Contract Professor at the Department of Naval, Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering (DITEN) at the University of Genoa. He specializes in maritime technology, focusing on electronic navigation systems and the impact of S-100 standards and e-navigation concepts on shipping operations, economic efficiency, and seafarer workflows.
