Valentina Nicorici

Valentina Nicorici serves as a Senior Researcher at the Semiconductor and Device Physics Laboratory within the Institute of Applied Physics, affiliated with Moldova State University. Holding a Ph.D. degree, she specializes in semiconductor materials research and electronic device development in the Republic of Moldova.

Her research focuses on semiconductor physics, device physics, and materials science, with particular emphasis on the properties and applications of semiconductor materials. These research areas form the foundation of modern electronics and photonics technologies.

Dr. Nicorici is based at the Institute of Applied Physics located at 5 Academiei Street, Chisinau, MD-2028, Republic of Moldova, where she contributes to the institute's scientific mission through experimental research and analysis in semiconductor technology.
