V. Alberto García Moreno

Dr. V. Alberto García Moreno is a Senior Lecturer in Financial and Tax Law at the University of Valencia. He holds a Doctorate in Tax Law and has completed training in economics and business. He serves as Secretary of the Scientific Committee of Revista Tributa Fiscal and a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee for Revista Carta Tributaria Estudios. His academic and professional roles include membership in the Scuola Europea di Alti Studi Tributari (European School of Tax Studies), where he engages in teaching, applied research projects, and collaborations with European institutions. His research focuses on tax law applications in business environments and tax procedural frameworks. In the private sector, he advises companies on tax-related legal challenges.

He actively contributes to academic discourse through publications on tax-related topics and participates in interdisciplinary research initiatives.
