Uğur Bulgan

Uğur Bulgan is a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Political Science, LUISS Guido Carli, Rome. He holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Istanbul University, an MA in World Politics from the University of Pavia, and a PhD in Political Studies (Political Theory) from the Universities of Milan and Genoa. His research focuses on normative political theory, transitional justice, and global governance.
