Dr.-Ing. Uwe Vroomen is a Professor at the RWTH Aachen University, holding the Chair for Foundry Science and Foundry Institute (Lehrstuhl für Gießereiwesen und Gießerei-Institut). He is affiliated with the Faculty of Georesources and Materials Engineering, within the Division of Materials Science and Engineering.
