Prof. Dr. Uwe Junghanns is a Professor of Slavic Linguistics at the University of Göttingen. His research focuses on the reconstruction of language as part of human cognitive competence, utilizing recent generative models to analyze Slavic languages. Specific areas include lexical and compositional semantics, morphosyntax, syntax, phonology, and typology.
