Uttam Gaulee

Uttam Gaulee is a Professor at Morgan State University in the Community College Leadership Development Program under the Advanced Studies, Leadership, and Policy school. His career spans two decades in community college advocacy, focusing on student success, workforce development, and institutional effectiveness.

Dr. Gaulee's research explores community colleges, diaspora studies, education policy, and cross-cultural issues. His articles highlight entrepreneurship integration, TVET reforms, and global student mobility. He co-edited works on community college infrastructure and founded the Journal of Underrepresented and Minority Progress.
