Usama Ali

Usama Ali is a Professor of Medical Statistics affiliated with the Nuffield Department of Population Health at the University of Oxford and a member of Wolfson College. His research focuses on the epidemiology of primary brain and central nervous system (CNS) tumors, with a particular emphasis on understanding incidence trends, survival outcomes, geographic variations, and healthcare inequalities in England.

Usama is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, actively involved in the National Cancer Research Institute Brain Tumour Group, and serves on the NDPH Student Committee and other academic panels. He also provides peer support for students within the Medical Sciences Division.
