Ursula Quinn

Ursula Quinn is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Hospitality Tourism & Events Management at Ulster University Business School, Belfast campus. She has been with the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management since 1990 and has extensive experience bridging academic theory with practical industry applications.

Dr. Quinn's research focuses on small business and entrepreneurship within hospitality, pedagogical research in hospitality education, and more recently, food insecurity and poverty in Northern Ireland.
