Ursula Marie Staudinger is the Robert N. Butler Professor of Sociomedical Sciences and Founding Director of the Columbia Aging Center at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health (2013–present). Previously, she served as Academic Dean and Vice President at Jacobs University Bremen (2003–2013) and held professorships at Dresden University (2001–2003) and other institutions globally. She is a leading scholar in lifespan development, aging, and wisdom research.
Educations:

- Fulbright Fellowship at Clark University (1980–1981)
Her research focuses on personality dynamics, aging productivity, and lifelong learning.
