Urs Schneider

Dr. Urs Schneider is a Senior Researcher and Head of the Human-Technology Interaction Research Department at the Institute of Industrial Manufacturing and Management (IFF/IPA), University of Stuttgart. He is actively affiliated with the Cluster of Excellence IntCDC (Integrative Computational Design and Construction for Architecture).

His research explores:

• Human-Technology Interaction: Bridging cognitive science and engineering systems
• Computational Design & Construction: Algorithmic approaches for architectural innovation
• Digital Transformation: Reconfiguring training methodologies and skill development frameworks

Dr. Schneider leads the Integrative Computational Design and Construction (T3.0) research team and oversees project RP 5-1 focused on workforce adaptation to technological change.
