Unn Pedersen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Archaeology, Conservation and History, University of Oslo, specializing in Viking Age and Iron Age archaeology with a focus on craftsmanship, urbanization, gender, and material culture. She leads interdisciplinary projects such as Gendering the Nordic Past, Future Past, and HEI: Heritage Experience Initiative, which bridges academic research and public engagement.
