Una Grant

Una Grant is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sport, Media & Marketing at South East Technological University (SETU), Kilkenny Road Campus, Carlow. With over 30 years of teaching experience since 1993, she specializes in marketing programs and has developed key curricula including the MSc in Digital Marketing & Analytics and BSc in Digital Marketing with Analytics. She serves as Programme Director for multiple degrees and manages the Work Placement module for marketing students.

Her research focuses on:

• Consumer behavior analysis and psychological drivers in marketing
• Sustainable business practices and ethical marketing strategies
• Digital marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
• Market research methodologies and consumer insights

Grant leads internal research projects including:

• Pathway 5: Publication Fund (Principal Investigator & Team Member, 2024)
• Pathway 8: Conference Participation Fund (Principal Investigator, 2024)

She actively participates in academic conferences such as 3E 2024 - Entrepreneurship Education and supervises final-year students across Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Sports Management programs. Her office is located in the Barrow Centre (D530) at Carlow Campus.
